Scholarships

 

Triumph relies on fund raising efforts, donations, and grants to provide scholarships to individuals demonstrating a need for financial assistance.  If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please submit the following information:

1. Copy of most recent tax return (individual and any other responsible party)

2. Documentation verifying all other sources of income as well as all outstanding debts (individual and any responsible party)

3. Letter explaining your unique situation and need for assistance

Individuals currently receiving services may apply for a scholarship at any time.  Individuals who would like to begin receiving services may submit this information at the first meeting or at any time thereafter.
